THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF ILLNATA’S WEBSITE AND SERVICES. BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE OR PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.


2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
WE OFFER CONSUMER GOODS (E.G., SHIPPING AND PACKAGING SUPPLIES) FOR PURCHASE. ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS” AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE ANY ORDER AT OUR DISCRETION.

AT ILLNATA, WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY FOR ANY REASON, WE'RE HERE TO HELP. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICY BELOW FOR RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE.

ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. 

ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, OR NON-RETURNABLE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.


2. HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

EMAIL US AT SUPPORT@ILLNATA.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN.

WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS WITH INSTRUCTIONS.

3. REFUNDS
ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT YOUR RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

IF APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


4. EXCHANGES
WE OFFER EXCHANGES FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS IN STOCK AS LONG AS THE VALUE IS THE SAME OR LESSER THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER.

IF THE REQUESTED ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED INSTEAD.


5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, UNLESS THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED.

WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING SERVICE OR PURCHASING SHIPPING INSURANCE, AS WE CANNOT GUARANTEE RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEMS.


6. DAMAGED ITEMS
IF YOUR ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED:

WE’LL PROVIDE A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL AND ARRANGE FOR A REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND.

4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
WE OFFER A 30-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD ONCE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED AND INSPECTED. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

WE SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES USING REPUTABLE CARRIERS. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE PROVIDED BUT NOT GUARANTEED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CARRIER ISSUES OR EXTERNAL CIRCUMSTANCES.


6. CUSTOMER CONDUCT
YOU AGREE NOT TO MISUSE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, CHARGEBACKS WITHOUT CAUSE, OR ABUSE OF THE RETURN POLICY MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ILLNATA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT PURCHASED.

THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY DISPUTES WILL BE HANDLED IN ITS COURTS.
